Help function does not work

The help function does not work. This is purely because it has not been programmed (it is the last thing I worried about).

The help function should be fully functioning by version 0.8.

The help function will:

1. Be written in HTML/CSS/JS
2. Open in any web browser
3. Explain all features thoroughly
