Preferences dialog

The preferences dialog needs to be fully working. Currently, only the section related to the interface is working.

Functions that still need to work are:

1. Default Profile - Automatically connect to this profile if in range, regardless of other settings.
2. Auto-Unsecure - Automatically connect to whatever unsecured network that has the highest connection percentage.
3. Autoconnect - Autoconnect to profiles that are NOT the default profile.
4. Profile Editor - Allow manual editing of profiles with this application.
