Update WFS 2.0.0 to use unwrapAndSplitWkt method

### Description
In https://github.com/codice/ddf/pull/6956 ,  the unwrapAndSplitWkt method was updated to use for WFS 1.0.0. We should update this for WFS 2.0.0 as well. 

#### Expected behavior:
Results are returning within a Search area boundary when drawn across the anti-meridian
