Configure CI to run boundary against target platforms #101
Description
We need to configure CI to run boundary against target platforms:
- ubuntu/amazon linux (with and without Systemd-Resolved)
- docker container with NET_ADMIN + seccomp changes
- docker container SYS_ADMIN NET_ADMIN?
- docker container with sysbox-runc runtime?
- test on different kernel versions 5.x.x, 6.x.x?
- bottlerocket OS, AWS Fargate?
