bug: web terminal doesn't fit screen when startup script failed

Description

The web terminal does not display the entire screen when a startup script fails. Users cannot see text at the bottom of the terminal.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a template with a failing startup script
2. Type commands to reach bottom of screen
3. Observe text becomes invisible

• Browser: Chrome 135.0.7049.114 (arm64)

I've identified and fixed the issue. The problem was that when a startup script fails, the terminal doesn't properly resize to accommodate the error alert.

The web terminal uses the FitAddon from xterm.js which is responsible for properly sizing the terminal. While there is a MutationObserver watching for alert changes, the single call to wasn't sufficient when a startup script fails.

My fix adds a delayed second call to after alert changes to ensure proper terminal sizing. The fix is available in PR #49: #49
