Change default template page to \Docs\ and rename summary to \Resources\ and make it secondary

I've created a pull request to address this issue: #34

The PR makes the following changes:

• Makes 'Docs' the first tab and default landing page for templates
• Renames 'Summary' tab to 'Resources' and makes it the second tab
• Keeps core functionality the same, only changing navigation order and naming
