bug: web terminal doesn't fit screen when startup script failed

When a startup script fails, the web terminal doesn't properly fit the screen, and text at the bottom of the terminal is not visible.

I've created a fix for this issue in PR #37. The problem was in how the terminal is resized when an alert appears at the top of the terminal page, particularly when a startup script fails.

The solution adds multiple terminal fit operations with strategic timing to ensure the terminal properly adjusts its size to account for the error alert banner, ensuring all content remains visible on screen.

Fix details:

1. Added additional fit calls with proper timing when alert states change
2. Added specific handling for the 'start_error' lifecycle state
3. Applied fit operations after small delays to ensure proper DOM updates before resizing
