Bluesky add dog breed hashtags

Our tweets have a better chance of being discovered if we include relevant hashtags.

We could include a module that makes common breeds or species into hashtags. We should spend a little time on Twitter looking these up and seeing what some of the well-traveled animal hashtags are.

Maybe:

"Siamese" => "#Siamese"
"Pit Bull Terrier" => "#PitBull #Terrier"
"rabbit" => "#rabbit"

@lynaloo has done some of this work already in https://github.com/c4hrva/CutiesInHamptonRoads/pull/19/files. We should pull that in.

I put a city hashtag on ours because in Hampton Roads we have several small cities. That might not be as useful for Boston.

General thoughts about this:
I'd like to insert the #hashed terms in the middle of the tweet instead of putting them on the end.

For dogs it's probably best to do
#PitBullTerrier #Dog
and just camel-case the breed without spaces. (Did we ever end up fixing multi-breed dogs?)

For cats they're mostly 'Domestic Short Hair' or 'Domestic Long Hair' I actually think it would make sense to remove 'Domestic Short Hair' from the tweets entirely and just do #Cat (or maybe Long/Short Haired #Cat), is there are cats with non-DL/SH breeds then we could do something more like
#Persian #Cat

For all the other animals just doing the species like #Rabbit or #GuineaPig should be enough, the breeds are too various to hashtag.

If there's only a breed (mice are listed at breed:Mouse, type:Small & Furry) then just list the breed.

I agree with all of this.

I did a query to look at all of the dog breeds that PetFinder supports and some of them are way too descriptive ("Alaskan Sheepdog black or maybe white and sometimes blue"). Maybe it might make sense to create a dictionary with some better aliases instead of trying to sanitize them?

Our current tags on Bluesky are : #AdoptDontShop #Boston #DogsOfBluesky

We want to add dog breeds to this, based on our current posts, there may be some data cleanup in order to figure out tags. We should try to generalize some of the logic to determine which dog breeds to extract based on the description like lynnaloo suggested 10 years ago lol.
Generalizing the "text" -> "specific dog breed" will also be great if we want to add tags for other social media sites. We will probably need to create a new utilities file that only has pure functions for this type of generalized logic. It should also be easy to add tests for.

We'll want to setup pytest for testing instead of using the built-in unitest framework for readability
