Measure Likes and Shares Bluesky and Mastodon for Milestone V2

Consider if you need datastorage:

• Peter (@flufflycthu1u) has potentially found a way to store data via github artifacts
• Cloudflare R2 (generous free tier)
• See if you can extract info from admin pages on social media accounts (blocked on getting access to the social media logins)

Not sure if this needs another issue or not, but we're not currently logging the shelter anywhere. Every time a post is made, we should log the shelter so that we can put a running list on our website or in our social description and on our analytics dashboard
