In built-in Pipes, Percent pip section not currect

Under the seciton "Percent Pipes", you wrote:

<p ngNonBindable>{{ 42 | percent: '10.4-4' }}</p>
<p>{{ 0.123456 | percent : "10.4-4" }}</p>
```
Instead of "42" need to be :" 0.123456"
But I didn't understand if the "42" is the common known joke, or its a mistake,
so i opened an issue about it :)
