Payment Failed

When I try using my bKash sandbox account, the bKash view appears and works fine.
But when I try using a real account (non-sandbox), the bKash view appears for about 2 seconds and then closes automatically, showing the log message:
“Payment Failed.”

Exactly Same issue faced.
in the debugging console i found this:
