Responding to a comment reorders the comment list

I noticed that CodeApprove reorders comments after I've responded to them. This is a little disorienting, as it means the element I just interacted with is now in a different place.

I think the idea is to bubble to the top comments that haven't yet received responses, but I'd rather preserve the ordering instead of shuffling around the UI while I'm working on it.
