Export files as pdf / csv

USER NEED
Users should be able to export and download information from the beneficiary file, in order to store them paper-based for legal purposes. The system should be able to export and download the information in either .pdf or .csv, based on the section where the download is initiated from. In some situations, an additional section with the members of the case team + space for signatures should be included in the document (specific cases are detailed below).

FILE NAMING CONVENTION
All files will be named by the following convention:
NAME OF REPORT_CASE ID_DATE OF GENERATION.Extension

FILE FORMATING PDF
All .PDF files will contain a header and a footer, with the following information:

• Top of header will contain the organisation's header which is extracted from the organisation's tenant information -> Informatii Organizatie - Antet centru
• A title of the export report (see below for each exported file)
• Case identification number
• A footer with the SUNRISE Logo, Name of app (Management de caz VD), Date stamp with printed at DATE (DD/MM/YYYY) and page numbering (X/N)

FILE FORMATING CSV

All .CSV files will contain:

• [NAME OF ORGANISATION - TENANT]
• Case number: Numar caz: [Case ID]
• Name of report
• A footer with a line marking the source of the information (SUNRISE - Management de caz VD) + date of export (DD/MM/YYYY)

(1) DATE IDENTITATE BENEFICIAR REPORT

Download is initiated from the Descarca Fisa button, located on the top right of the section in View Mode.
Type of export file: .PDF
Title/Name of report:: Fisa identitate beneficiar
Information included in the file: All variables from sections Identitate beneficiar & Identitate copii - they should be marked with subheadings for easier scanning (See Figma mock here)

(2) FISA INFORMATII CAZ REPORT

Download is initiated from the Descarca Fisa button, located on the top right of the section in View Mode.
Type of export file: .PDF
Title/Name of report:: Fisa informatii caz
Information included in the file: All variables from all sections included in Informatii caz (See Figma mock here)

(3) FISA EVALUARE INITIALA REPORT

Download is initiated from the Descarca Fisa button, located on the top right of the section in View Mode.
Type of export file: .PDF
Title/Name of report:: Fisa evaluare initiala
Information included in the file: All the variables from the Evaluare initiala section and all its subsections

** Additional information included in the file - at the end **:

• Date of creation of the initial evaluation
• A table with all the members of the case team (name, role) + a column for individual signatures

(4) FISA EVALUARE DETALIATA REPORT

Download is initiated from the Descarca Fisa button, located on the top right of the section in View Mode.
Type of export file: .PDF
Title/Name of report:: Fisa evaluare detaliata
Information included in the file: All the variables from the Evaluare detaliata section and all its subsections

** Additional information included in the file - at the end **:

• Date of creation of the initial evaluation
• A table with all the members of the case team (name, role) + a column for individual signatures

(5) PLAN LUNAR INTERVENTIE

Download is initiated from the Descarca Plan button, located on the top right of the section in View Mode.
Type of export file: .PDF
Title/Name of report:: Plan de interventie lunar pentru perioada [Insert PERIOADA DE REFERINTA AS DD.MM.YYYY - DD.MM.YYYY]
Information included in the file: All the variables from the respective monthly intervention plan
** Additional information included in the file - at the end of the document **:

• A table with all the members of the case team (name, role) + a column for individual signatures
• A line in the table for the beneficiary (First Name & Last Name) to allow them to also sign the file

(6) EVIDENTA SEDINTE SI ACTIVITATI

Download is initiated from the Descarca Tabel button, located on the top right of the section in View Mode.
Type of export file: .CSV
Title/Name of report:: Evidenta sedinte si activitati - [SERVICE NAME] - [INTERVENTION NAME]
Information included in the file: All the information on each session/activity which refers to: (1) all the info listed in the table + (2) the observations/notes of the sessions + topic/themes, which are displayed on the more details section

Type of export file: .PDF
Title/Name of report:: Fisa de monitorizare a cazului pentru perioada [Insert PERIOADA DE REFERINTA AS DD.MM.YYYY - DD.MM.YYYY]
Information included in the file: All the variables from the respective monitoring document, with all its subsections
** Additional information included in the file - at the end of the document **:

• A table with all the members of the case team (name, role) + a column for individual signatures
