Calling the Extension-Manager in TYPO3 7.6.14 will result in the error "The extension "linkhandler" has invalid version constraints in conflicts section. Extension key is missing!"

Clearing the conflicts array in ext_emconf.php will help.

Hi Stephen, you can fix this by updating the extension. I ran into the same issue but updated to 3.1.3 and that solved the issue.
