Run PyNE R2S Step 1

Using the output from #19, write a PyNE R2S config file to:

• read OpenMC statepoint file for mesh tally
• may need to define source strength to match some neutron wall loading

Risk:

• PyNE OpenMC R2S workflow may only support structured mesh. MITIGATION: convert mesh to H5M format
