Ordering and segmenting compression features

Hello!
There are ordering and segmenting features for compression in TimescaleDB
https://www.tigerdata.com/docs/use-timescale/latest/compression/about-compression#ordering-and-segmenting
But it seems that they are not exposed in the entity type builder APIs and not supported in the code generator.
Do you plan to add this?
If you don't, do you mind if I add and make a PR?
