Add sane presets based on user-configurable task size #4
Description
The EB Worker config defaults are not very good for what we're doing here.
Need to create a new property in CloudFormation that allows user to choose from a variety of presets. Probably just based on expected Lambda execution duration. Same selection/durations below:
- Immediate - Lambda worker finishes < 1s most of the time
- Short - < 1s
- Moderate - < 30s
- Long - < 60s
- Very Long - > 60s
Based on that, EB config could be adjusted to avoid hitting lambda concurrency limits
