Unable to create project from CP4D dashboard #313
Description
Once CP4D and its components (such as Watson Studio, WLM, etc) are installed successfully, the CP4D Dashboard can be accessed and the installed components are displayed as enabled. However, the 'project' tab can not be found in the side menu to create projects that rely on these individual components.
