Test Rust client SDK WASM target in CI

Using the Rust client SDK WASM support in #2704 , modify sdks/rust/tests/test.rs and sdks/rust/tests/test-client as necessary to also build the test-client for the WASM target and run it against the sdk-test module.

Blocked for now until #2704 merges

Ideally I would prefer to have a PR based on #2704 before we merge that change.
