selectWindow runs into error in extract images

I can't reproduce - can you make the data file that triggers an error available?

Hey Christophe, thanks for the reply. Strangely enough it worked flawlessly under ImageJ 1.51c,
but the problem PC has ImageJ 1.52f installed and shows this error message:

Commenting out the line above helped at least to let it proceed.
