Several observed variables that are available through the sounding are not plotted

Sounding provide vertical velocity (w) and absolute temperature (T), they were requested and should be added.

raw_sounding_data contains

timestamp,msl,agl,pressure,latitude,longitude,speed,heading,temperature,relative_humidity,internal_temperature,rise_speed

Would be nice to show temperature and rel humidity in vertical profiles analyse. Besides exsting potential temp and specific humidity.

Needs #187 for more data.
