MERL Center Member Issue Dissapeared

We need to document the problem we are having with Peters issue so that we can keep track of the communication with GitHub Support and help Peters open his own ticket with them, in order to resolve the issue.

Problem

Our member, Peters Onyilo, has the GitHub handle thatpeters. We are unable to find the user thatpeters under 'People' in MERL Center or on GitHub and are unable to view the issue that was opened by thatpeters on https://github.com/MERLCenter/MERL-Center-public. Peters is, however, able to see and access the issue.

Steps Taken

I opened a ticket with GitHub support, providing details of the problem, and attached screenshots.

Hello,

I am reaching out on behalf of the MERL Center.

We have a member with the GitHub handle thatpeters and he opened an issue on https://github.com/MERLCenter/MERL-Center-public.

Issues:

He can see and access the issue, we can't. We see 10 issues, he sees 11 and his is on the top.
He (thatpeters) is not showing up under 'People' in MERL Center.
We cannot find the user thatpeters on GitHub.
I met with him online and recorded what he was seeing. I took screenshots and am attaching them below. (He was on his phone).
