We need to review/move issues in the CTS transfer repository so that we can start to organize the work to be done at Civic Tech Structure into logical groupings
Action Items
- Unhide E column in spreadsheet
- Review each issue, annotating additional details in sheet
- Create any necessary repos
- Move the files
- Delete the repository
