adding a link to chrome dev tools doc in README ?

I LOVE this tool, thanks! 

It took me some time to find all the API I can use with chrome-php via the chromedevtools protocol.

maybe you could add a link to https://chromedevtools.github.io/devtools-protocol/ in the README somewhere, since this doc explains all what your code can do via the official protocol.
