Seems to shake on its own when still

Hi there, great soft body simulation but when the object has dropped to the ground and stops wiggling, after a couple seconds you can see it twitching. im not sure why its doing that. Also when i try to move the object it wont move around and stays where it's supposed to be with a glitching effect. (the box that is. if I move the object it will move away but now its not in the box) thx in advance!

Thanks. I haven't looked at this in a couple years, but likely the spring simulation needs better damping so it will settle down.
Regarding moving the objects, that would be an excellent feature to add.
