styled tag requires jsxFramework option

Description

I set up a new Next.js project and was following the docs for adding template literal support. Specifically so I could use the styled utility.

Problem: styled-system/jsx is never output unless jsxFramework is set; docs state it's optional (or at least imply it).

I assume this configuration is intentional, but docs could be a little clearer I think? :) Perhaps a note under this section stating to add it. Happy to make the PR for it if needed.

Here's a reproduction repo to show the behavior (note panda.config.ts).
