Align Storybook documentation content with CFPB Design System styles

Background

The purpose of this issue it to bring the Storybook documentation page into greater alignment with the CFPB Design System styles.

Includes

• Headings 1-5
  • Technically, we no longer use H6 but if it has to be defined in the code then define it to match the CFPB Design System
• Links
  • On Storybook documentation pages links are missing the dotted underline
• Paragraph
  • On Storybook documentation pages paragraph text is not being normalized which is a recent change that we made to the CFPB DS type styling
• Spacing
  • Update margins, padding, and spacing to reflect DS units: 15, 30, 45, 60
