App Crashes if Line Deleted From DB

Get index out of bounds exception when trying to create a QR code when an entry is deleted from DB.

Does not crash anymore but also does not update on screen

@cbporch API still returns accounts when deleted directly from DB and not using the DELETE method in API.

Once the API receives anything but a "GET" request, it seems to reload the session and update with the new list of accounts.
