Rebase the tar.gz for 1.3.5

Can you rebase the docker image to 1.3.5 I was able to do it myself by overlaying the 1.3.5 patches on 1.3.2 docker image and issueing a new build but a base 1.3.5 predone on the docker file would be better thanks a ton just discoverd this and looking to implement it after testing it in sandbox vm cluster.

I'm hoping to release 1.4.0 soon, in final stages of tests right now. I'll try to update docker to 1.4.0 when it's ready.

I created a new docker image for 1.4.0. I don't have an environment to test it with, so I'd be shocked if it worked on the first try. If you want to test, you can pull the latest.
