Start from existing xia2 run

I was sure this was already an issue somewhere, but now can't find it. As noted by @jbeilstenedmands at the DLS/CCP4 workshop, it would be ++useful if DUI could start from some point along a previously run xia2 job - or indeed from any {.expt,.refl} file pair.
