[Enhancement]: Add arm64 support on the Snap package

### Describe the feature or problem you’d like to solve

There are more and more arm64 machines out there (From Based on Snapdragons, Nvidia Grace, Apple Mx). Could we have a snap?

I'll be happy to submit a PR if that's something you'd like.
