Compiling python ide with own version

Requirements

you need to update package name using
https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/wiki/Build-environment#important-note-about-termux-prefix
and other required changes with
https://github.com/termux/termux-packages/wiki/Build-environment#changing-default-behaviour
