We're using Voltra's useLiveActivity hook to manage Live Activities for order
tracking. The Live Activity starts correctly and receives APNs push updates
(event: "update" with content-state) for the first 20-30 minutes. After that,
the Live Activity stops updating from server-side pushes, even though APNs
returns 200 for the push.

I tried reproducing this issue in the example app. I started a basic Live Activity, waited for 20 minutes, and sent an update. It was applied correctly. I then waited another 10 minutes and sent another update - it was also applied correctly.

Is there anything else you can share to make it easier to reproduce this issue on my side?

I think the basic test doesn't reproduce it because two updates over 30 minutes won't approach iOS's
high-priority APNs budget for Live Activities. The symptom only shows up after the budget is exhausted
while the app is killed. Here are the details that I think matter:

Our setup vs. a "basic" activity

• Priority 10 on every push — we were sending all updates with apns-priority: 10.
• No stale-date on updates — only the initial start set one (3h). Updates never refreshed it.
• No apns-expiration — pushes were fire-and-forget.
• Brotli-compressed Voltra UI payload in content-state — not a small POJO ContentState. The widget
  extension has to decompress and re-render the full component tree on every push.
• Bursty updates — a real order generates several status transitions clustered in time (pending →
  processing → order_isready → driver assigned → ontheway), plus location/ETA refreshes.

Expected: APNs returns 200 but the lock screen / Dynamic Island does not refresh visually. Subsequent
updates remain silent until something kicks the activity again (e.g. the user opens the app).
