--continue option #585

Hello! I am running bin_refinement on some large datasets but I keep hitting the time limit on my cluster. There doesn't seem to be a --continue option. I am able to get through most of the checkM steps up to binsC or so. It would be great if there were an option to detect and keep the refinement and checkM outputs (rather than deleting them and restarting).
