hybrid assembly for metawrap binning

Dear community

As you know, Metawrap requires a path to the read files for the binning module. I have created hybrid assemblies, and although I manually created BAM files, I still need to provide the path to the read files for Metawrap binning. To the best of my knowledge, Metawrap will only accept single or paired reads. How can I provide a path for both paired reads and single long reads simultaneously for my hybrid approach?

Perhaps just forget about metawrap and run matabat2, maxbin2 and CONCOCT manually.
