Implement top bar

Description:

Implement a top bar with the following elements:

• Line logo on the left.
• The name of the application next to the logo.
• On the right, a small icon with the GitHub avatar of the user. Clicking on this icon should display options to log out or connect/disconnect the wallet.
• Alternatively, these options (log out and wallet connect/disconnect) can be individual buttons placed next to the avatar, with the avatar on the far right.

Enhancements:

1. Add a top bar with the Line logo on the left.
2. Display the application name next to the logo.
3. On the right side, include a small icon with the GitHub avatar of the user.
4. Clicking on the avatar should display a dropdown with options to log out or connect/disconnect the wallet.
5. Alternatively, implement individual buttons for log out and wallet connect/disconnect, with the avatar positioned on the far right.
