Select template to use for generating timesheet #6
Description
Non-academic staff need to use a different timesheet template. The frontend should display a radio box to choose the template to use, and the backend should use set the TIMESHEET_BASE environment variable appropriately, so the timesheet generating bash script uses the right template.
