Bug description:
In API-Registry page, name column, service name tooltip — when the tooltip content is very long, the popup goes out of the screen bounds, making it impossible to view or copy the full information. The tooltip popup area should be scrollable.
Expected behavior:
Long service name tooltip content stays within the visible screen area and becomes scrollable when needed, so the full information can be viewed and copied.
