[Bug]: artifact upload fails on state aware orchestration

Overview

If a job is reused, the value passed of number of runs is NONE instead of 0

How to reproduce

Trying to use the package in a SAO job

Expected behaviour

Artifacts are uploaded

I was able to get around this by adding a macro override, e.g. macros/dbt_artifacts_overrides.sql:
