Write test to demonstrate BlockLineLocation

The block/line address is calculated in RowGroupDataSource. This information is included in the RowGroup list output. Write a test that demonstrates that this information is correct.

I will try to look into this issue if that is fine by you. Don't know what actually will demonstrate that the information is correct. But I see this as a part of the challenge and a way to understand the code further.

I'd never turn down a test, especially if it shows that something is working ;)
