Unable to submit to itunes using script

itunes gives a message like this:

Dear developer,
We have discovered one or more issues with your recent delivery for *app. To process your delivery, the following issues must be corrected:
Invalid Swift Support - The SwiftSupport folder is missing. Rebuild your app using the current public (GM) version of Xcode and resubmit it.
Once these issues have been corrected, you can then redeliver the corrected binary.

I have referred this script and tried copying the libSwift*** files from the XCToolchain to SwiftSupport directory from ones found in the Payload/Frameworks/,...

However my Frameworks directory also have these frameworks:
GoogleToolboxForMac.framework
nanopb.framework
Protobuf.framework

The copy fails as there are no such files in the XCToolchain path, so this framework even to copy in Swift support will give me signing errors. Can help to check how to get over this issue.
