Issue in GrobidEngine.cs

Hi,

I got the following error in the below line for few files

var result = (string)parser.processing2(fileName, false, biblioItem).getLeft();

"An exception occurred while running Grobid: org.grobid.core.exceptions.GrobidPropertyException: Cannot open file of grobid.properties at location'C:"

The official version of Grobid uses a properties file for configuration. When I ported the code over to .NET I tried to move away from the use of a properties file. I only removed the use of the properties file for the header parser. There are a few (many?) places left in the code that I have not handled, and that depend on sourcing values from the properties file. It looks like you found such a case. You need to determine why Grobid is reading from the properties file, and prevent it from doing that.
