For seller, instead of Templates & Guides, rename into Templates
In the Help column, below email, add a link called Guides, towards a page which present the overall documentation about the dApp.
This documentation should integrate all chapters coming from Gitbook:
This documentation can be markdown files in the interface repo and the dApp links to it.
