Add Basic Styling and Responsive Layout for Auth Pages

Background

The auth pages (password reset flows) should have consistent styling, be mobile-friendly, and follow UI guidelines.

Tasks

• Install a styling library (e.g., Tailwind CSS or styled-components)
• Build global layout component AuthLayout.js to wrap auth pages (centred form, logo, etc.)
• Style form inputs, buttons, error states
• Ensure responsive design (mobile, tablet, desktop)
• Add animations/transitions for submit state

Acceptance Criteria

• Auth pages look visually consistent
• On mobile width (<768px) form sections render well
• Buttons disabled while submitting
