make system for inventory management

This year we discussed selling excess village gear, but as I had no overview over what was collected and used at different places - it was impossible to manage without risking double sales

this should include what villages/individuals have picked up and also what we have set up at the different locations...

would also be nice if logistics can input what we received, and can take pictures etc.
