Is it possible to Call BootCMatchGX in C code?

Is it possible to call the C-APIs of BootCMatchGX? There'are many codes using C or Fortran language.
Then, we can compare this tool with Hypre et al.
If it's possible, for example, writing Fortran-C binding, please give me some suggestions.

Yes—it is possible to call BootCMatchGX from C, and this is also the best path if you want an easy comparison with libraries such as hypre (which exposes a C API and is commonly called from both C and Fortran). you can give a look to our example driverSolve.c in the src/example folder. For Fortran users, the clean approach seems to be providing bindings using ISO_C_BINDING, but at the moment I don't have examples for this. Please, let me know if you need help in using our solver from a C-code. Thank you.

Dear Developers:
BootCMatchGX can accelarate linear solution as an improvement of up to 2.0x in the solve phase comparing with Nvidia AmgX, that is very attracting to me. But as a user, I encounter a problem when using BootCMatchGX.
My ocean hydrodynamic code was developed using FORTRAN language and unstructured-grid, now I have used the PETSc and AmgX (Wrapper like https://github.com/tobiashuste/amgx-c-wrapper) to solve the linear equations derived from water level and non-hydrostatic pressure equations.
I found BootCMatchGX was a academic tool, can it be adapted to use PETSc to manage the Matrix (CSR) and Vector b? If this can be achieved, the solvers can be integrated into an unified interface with PETSc.
Until now, I found example code driverSolve.cu is C++ and CUDA code, which is difficult for me to integrate it into my hydrodynamic model.

As you correctly observed, our paper and code are still at an academic stage, and we currently do not provide PETSc interfaces. That said, such interfaces could be developed, since our code is written in C and can be used from any C-based application.

By the way, it's better to supply CMakeLists.txt to compile the code, which will be helpful to the users in cross-platform.
