beta release page mixes up Windows and Unix

• a beta-specific issue
• the result of a new code change that will affect other releases

I would assume it's none manually. Although if we could automate it based on the file type would be an improvement.

Alternatively, having the dropdown default to an empty state, may be better, as it could act as a check to be sure it's set.

Have you been modifying all the versions manually? On both stage and production. For every version?

Just tested in another environment, https://www.cppal-dev.boost.org/releases/1.90.0.beta1/ , and it worked correctly.

What could account for the difference...

When staging and production run an import, it's very soon after the archives are uploaded to https://archives.boost.io/. Although it's not clear what effect that would have. It ought not cause any issues. The boost website was able to retrieve archive file information.

Assuming it is automatic, could be explained by a race condition. At least they can be manually adjusted. This should probably be checked on the release. I'll go ahead and assign it to be looked into.

FYI, I manually fixed these in production, left them in stage as-is for testing purposes
