Extend settings to the issue details view

Great plugin, simple and useful. It would be nice if the same settings apply to the issue details view.

This same plugin, I just uploaded some icons and use them in the css settings at https://your-redmine-url.com/issue-color-label/settings:

background-image: url(/images/enprogreso.png);
background-repeat: no-repeat;
background-position-y: center;
background-position-x: 10px;
padding-left: 50px;
