Implementation of a radio station stream #3

Just getting into java, and would like to use a radio stream as the input audio instead of a file, e.g. http://relay.181.fm:8130
Even though i would imagine i'm not the only out there trying to do this,it surprising the info on this almost non-existent to say the least. So you mention it should be possible, however i do not see how you would do this (a file is finite as it were, a stream would not be). So could you elaborate on how to actually do this please?
