Supply Chain Network Question

I noticed a few things with the Supply Chain Network Question page.

1. DDL has included ::timestamp, with the values for the sales table inserts (not required).
2. Hints are there but no content included.

Also, I recreated the flowchart using mermaid chart as I think this version makes it a little clearer on the flow of supplies.

@dmcmurchy good spot with the DDL (that's leftover from me being lazy and using them as CTEs), I'll get those updated -- but same as #51, I don't have any good hints yet since I haven't got a solution that I'm happy with 😄

I definitely prefer your flowchart too! With your permission, I'll tweak mine to be a bit more like yours when I add the solution 😋
